Early Sunday morning a cold front with very gusty winds moves through most of Pennsylvania. In parts of southern central Pennsylvania the gusty winds cause numerous power disruptions. Repair crews are out early in the morning restoring service. Numerous intersections were without power causing traffic to treat every intersection as a four way stop.
