A tornado formed in the rain near Cotton Center, TX and moved east right towards town. This video shows a close range intercept of the tornado. As storms continued, flash flooding occurred, this video capture a vehicle that slid off I27, cars driving in water and numerous flooded roads off i27 near Plainview, TX.
